Calls to our toll free order desk requesting order status will be relegated to our warehouse phone number. Human beings are on hand to answer your questions during normal business hours.

If you have questions about our shipping policies, they are laid our in Plain English in Plain View in our Terms of Service section located at the bottom of every page on our website. If you have concerns or questions about our shipping times or order status system, you are more than welcome to contact us "before" placing your order so we can address your concerns before they become a concern.

You can request an order status anytime you wish, however to insure everyone receives our equal attention in all our shipping matters, requests for order status received within 3 business days of an order processed (processed means order placed and funds received and/or confirmed) we be answered after 3 business days have elapsed.

We 100% guarantee that if you haven't received a tracking # emailed to you minutes after you submitted your order for example, it has not shipped yet. You need not wait for a response if you have requested an order status minutes after placing your order. You already know what the answer is.

You are free to email us as many times as you want or use the order status button as many times as you wish to request an order status. The last and most current request will be replied to and the rest will be relegated to duplication. This may mean people who made one requestafter you get a response before you.

We cannot be held responsible if you do not receive our emails or us not receiving yours. We guarantee that if we have not responded to you within 24 hours and you've read the above information, we never got your email, or you never got ours.
