Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials
& workmanship. There are no warranties expressed or implied other
than the warranties supplied by the manufacturers of the products we
resell unless stated by CanadianPaintball.com. Warranty work can be
referred to CanadianPaintball.com, and we will instruct you on what
you need to do next. Shipping and any related costs such as brokerage,
duty, or labor incurred both to and from CanadianPaintball.com and/or
the manufacturer or the product(s) in question if necessary or required

with any of the products we sell either on our site, in our store, or

CanadianPaintball.com repairs almost everything it sells. We either repair it in shop, or we will send the product to the manufacturer for repair or replacement as deemed necessary by the manufacturer. Most of our items come with some sort of warranty. If you're unsure what it is, feel free to E-mail and ask. MISUSE, ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR INSUFFICIENT REPAIR KNOWLEDGE ON YOUR PART IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY WE OFFER EXPESSED OR IMPLIED! Items which are considered "consumables" are never covered under any warranty. Again, if you're unsure what a consumable item is, please feel free to ask. Except for Odyssey and Empire loaders, we do not service or warranty ANY accessory we sell. All accessories are sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. as per the terms listed in the previous paragraph. WE DO NOT OFFER LOANERS ON DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS WHATSOEVER! If you wish to purchase the same identical item, and return it later after the damaged item comes back, you are free and welcome to do so. If you wish to return a damaged item as you wish no longer to possess it, you must wait for the item to be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer before a credit note is issued.
Our standard shop fee for items not covered under warranty is $25.00
per hour, 7% shop fee, and $10.00 travel fee per repair. Parts are not

Program guns come with a 30 day factory defect warranty from date of
purchase.
Sale Items
Items that are on sale (or marked
in red) at CanadianPaintball.com are final will not be available
for exchange or return, and we cannot guarante exact color based on
order, compatibility, functionality, craftsmanship, etc., but we will
do our best to insure that. All warranty for sale items are referring
directly to the manufacturer unless covered by our standard warranty
commitments to the applicable manufacturers. All items purchased on
a sale MUST be paid for during the sale, or the sale price will not
apply.
Special Items
Items stroked out or missing
are a special priced item. Just add it to the cart to get a special
price.
GST Sales
and Other Related Sales
Our sales involving "No GST or No PST" is us
paying the equivalent of whatever GST/PST is during the sale. During
any of our sales, free items linked to any item sold will not be included
in the purchase. Shipping is not free during our sales ever. Please
be aware when we have a "%" sale whether or not we are offering
a "discount" or "markdown." Both sales are completly
different, and the amount being removed from the item to procure the
"sale price" differs.
Returns/Cancellation/Exchange
1.CanadianPaintball will gladly offer an exchange or credit note on
most product sent back to CanadianPaintball.com for return. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 40
days of receipt by completing our return process at that time we will
issue a credit note. This is our 40 Day Guarantee. Certain products
may not be returned for any reason. Please feel free to contact us for
more information. CanadianPaintball.com reserves the right to determine
which items we wish to receive as a return. A return authorization form
is required for any and all returns. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING WITHOUT
AND RMA FORM! All returns MUST include a copy of the original
invoice. Returns after 40 days will not be accepted. Clothing of any
kind must be returned in an unused condition WITH THE TAGS STILL ON
THE CLOTHING. Goggles and protective wear are non-returnable once purchased.
All original packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, and miscellaneous
parts and accessories must be included. Any free or promo items we offered
with an item must also be returned. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied
to all returns. This will be refunded to you as a credit note. FINAL
SALE ITEMS DO NOT APPLY. Refund amount will be for the current price
of the item, not the price you bought it at. Shipping, handling, and
insurance are not refundable. If you have a question E-mail

2. Open or used products returned will be subject to a higher restocking fee to be determined upon receipt by CanadianPaintball.com. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used extensively and shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 40-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, wash, use, oil, air up, open, remove, damage, or otherwise manipulate.
3. CanadianPaintball.com will gladly EXCHANGE anything it sells except what's not permitted for return for other merchandise purchased from CanadianPaintball.com for NO RE-STOCKING FEE PROVIDED THE PRODUCT IS UN-USED OR UN-OPENED. Used or open products will still incur a re-stocking fee based on how much they were used. You are still responsible for the freight to and from CanadianPaintball.com for the exchange, or feel free to stop by in our store.
4. Orders already confirmed with our vendors where product is en route
and then are completely cancelled (whereby the order is 100% cancelled
and nothing else is ordered in it's place) by the customer are subject
to a 15% invoice processing fee for items not on hand to ship, and 25%
for items on hand to ship.
5. Credit notes amounting to under $10.00 will automatically be added
to a future purchase in any online purchase. We don't do refunds on
anything under $10.00.
6. No refunds on paintballs. Paintball Specials are factory whitebox
paintballs, which come from many different manufacturers, which are
based on batch and may contain factory seconds which may be oily or
not completly round. Paintball quality is directly tied into price.
Spend more, get a better product. There is no such thing as a cheap
paintballs that are perfect or flawless. Buyer beware on whitebox paintballs.
7. Any and all returns that CanadianPaintball.com has to pick up from
the local post office will incur a $20.00 retrieval fee. We sorry we
have to do this, but Canada Post refuses to read and acknowledge our
store hours, and we must pay a courier fee to retreive these packages.
If you have questions regarding this, please contact Canada Post directly.
8. Refunds for product not shipped at the request of a customer will
be refunded on the 30th of the month if received before the 21st and
the 30th of the following month if received after the 21st.
9. We do not accept refunds on product where new product of the same
kind has been replaced with a newer or more current version. This includes
product replaced with a new year's product line.
Cancellation Policies Regarding Paypal
1. Due to Paypal terms of service, we cannot offer refunds on Paypal
transactions EXCEPT during our sales. Requests for refunds by Paypal
will be converted to a credit note for future use. We are sorry for
this, but Paypal's policies on seller protection do not permit it.
Shipping and Other Information
1. All shipping will be done via Canada Post Expedited Insured unless
otherwise requested.
2. If you wish to have your order shipped based on availability, please
make a note of this on your order. We will gladly let you know what's
in stock and what's available. Shipping timeframes are approximates
only, and are to only be used as a general guide. We will always quote
7-10 business days from date of confirmation to date of delivery for
an order, BUT THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE AN
ORDER. IT TYPICALLY TAKES LESS. If you want exact timeframes for your
specific order, please e-mail shipping@canadianpaintball.com, or use
our order status button located on our main page. We will be happy to
assist you.
3. If the product is completely out of stock or not available from
the manufacturer or is not in one of our warehouses, it will be backordered
and removed from your order. You will not be charged for it. This item
will appear with a BACKORDER note beside it. Please note, product not
in hand does not constitute being out of stock. We have multiple warehouses
all over Canada and the U.S. we draw from.
4. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your e-mail when your package ships. Therefore if you haven't received your tracking number, your order has not shipped. Please make sure you are capable of receiving your tracking #. TRACKING #'S ARE ONLY SENT ONCE, AND WE CANNOT RE-SEND THEM! Due to the rise in postal fraud and re-routing of shipments, we cannot provide a tracking number without an order reference #. No exceptions will be made. Make sure e-mail filters are not going to filter it out, and make sure your inbox is not full so the e-mail does not bounce back to Canada Post. This is the #1 question people have for us when asking for the status of their order and it is the #1 most important piece if information you need to keep track of your order.
5. All items damaged or lost in shipment are insured and covered by
Canada Post. Once packages leave CanadianPaintball.com and are received
by Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for their delivery or conditions
as per the Canada Post Act. All packages shipped by CanadianPaintball.com
are sent insured. When the post office loses or damages your goods,
them, not us, are financially and LEGALLY responsible for ascertaining
whether they will either issue a refund or return your lost goods. We
will do everything in our power to assist you in locating, replacing,
or repairing your damaged or lost property by the post office, courier,
etc. All damaged goods will be replaced with the same or similar item.
WE DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS ON LOST SHIPMENTS!
6. International shipping rates vary from location to location.
7. Shipping to any postal code beginning with and "X" or
"A" does not qualify for our free shipping as well as any
location in Canada without road access or surrounded by water, and shipping
will be based on "actual cost" to that postal code or location.
8. Substitutions may occur if the manufacturer is backordered for a
long period of time, the product has been discontinued, or we've been
made aware of too many bad reviews on an item. In all cases you'll will
receive an item worth equal or more money. The 40 Day Guarantee will
still be in effect if you are overall still unsatisfied with the substitution
and subsequent cost savings to you. You will not be charged a re-stocking
fee on a substitution if you're not happy with it. If you wish to return
the goods for exchange on a substitution, you will be credited the freight
you paid to have the goods returned within the 40 Day Guarantee timeframe.
No substitutions are sent without the permission of the "buyer,"
not the "end user." We contact ALL customers before sending
substitions either by telephone or email.
9. Our free paintball coupons to not apply against "paintball
only" purchases. Limit one coupon per person per order, NO EXCEPTIONS!
10. CanadianPaintball.com ships product from more than one location
based on stock availability.
11. The dollar value for paintballs purchased from our website does
not apply to a total invoice when free shipping applies. For example,
if you buy 2 cases of paintballs totaling $99.99, and paintball items
totaling $110.00, and our free freight threshold is for example $200.00,
the paintball value does not go against the amount needed to get free
shipping. In this example, freight would apply to the invoice, even
though the total for the invoice exceeds the free shipping threshold.
This is because paintballs already have free freight included with their
purchase, and cannot be applied twice. Please see item descriptions
for more information.
12. Items that include something for free are excluded from our free
shipping. So for example. if you buy something for $169.99 that includes
a free CO2 tank, and something else that's $49.99, even though the subtotal
is over $149.99, you will still pay the $14.99 shipping.
13. CanadianPaintball.com reserves the right to limit or suspend any
promotion running on our website. During our sales which incorporate
CanadianPaintball.com paying the taxes on a purchase, all free items
attached to other items are suspended.
14. The sale of high pressure bottles without Transport Canada stamps
is illegal in Canada. Sometimes we receive manufacturer bottles without
TC stamps. If we receive bottles without a TC stamp, they will not ship
to you. We will ship you an equal or upgraded product free of charge.
If you're not happy with the substitution, you can return it for a refund
plus shipping credit note up to 30 days past from the date of order
processing.
15. Any and all returns that CanadianPaintball.com has to pick up from
the local post office will incur a $20.00 retrieval fee. We sorry we
have to do this, but Canada Post refuses to read and acknowledge our
store hours, and we must pay a courier fee to retreive these package.
16. Paintball orders of 19 cases or more will be shipped by truck via
Day and Ross or Sameday Right-O-Way to the nearest shipping point to
your address.
Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Interac E-Mail
Money Transfer, Direct Deposit, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. (verified
users only) Personal checks are not a listed payment option, and if
you remit a personal check to pay for your order, it will be held for
30 days to insure it is valid. We cannot guarantee if you remit a check
and then later on change it to another payment option that the check
WILL NOT be cashed. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL.
Credit card fraud is a crime. CanadianPaintball.com verifies all addresses
and purchases. If we find anything suspicious, we hold the right to
cancel or hold your order until we can verify certain information. We
cooperate with law enforcement and credit card companies to prosecute
fraud.
Use of this Site
Harassment or threats of fiscal terrorism in any manner or form, including
via e-mail, phone, chat, forum posts in Canada or the U.S., or by use
of obscene, threatening, or abusive language, is strictly forbidden
and possibly illegal. We will not respond to emails or engage in phone
calls either at the order desk, store level, or via email that includes
any of the above. These include physical, economical, or otherwise.
Most likely by doing so you are breaking the law or are exposing yourself
to possible litigation. We save everything. Be careful what you email.
We will not tolerate abuse of any of our employees. If necessary we
will take those matters to the authorities or our lawyer. DON'T RISK
IT! Impersonation of others, including a CanadianPaintball.com or other
licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members
or visitors on this site or within our company, is prohibited. You may
not upload to, distribute, email, or otherwise publish any content we
produce especially if it is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening,
invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise
objectionable or may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate
the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability,
slader, libel, threat of fiscal blackmail or terrorism, or violate any
other Canadian law in regards to our company. If we ask you to stop
doing something of the above nature and you refuse, you are definitely
breaking the law in Canada and the U.S.
Here are the rules to the price guarantee:
1. Price guarantee is applicable on shopping cart orders only. If you see a lower price somewhere else, please include the link in the comments box in the order.
2. Guarantee doesn't include any freebie deals, buy X and get X free, coupon deals, bait and switch schemes, etc.
3. Our policy does not extend to matching competitors prices after they have matched our already low prices. We call this perpetual price matching and it renders a product valueless.
4. Company offering the lower price must be a registered commercial entity in Canada or the U.S. in the sale of paintball related equipment. We will check.
5. Price cannot be based on a sale price, inventory liquidation, or closeout. Since we don't use these tools to sell goods, we don't price compare against them.
6. Company offering the price must be advertising this price in print or on their website. E-mail or verbal quotes do not count.
7. Product being compared must be the same color, size, configuration, manufacturer, etc.
8. Prices quoted from the U.S. must include your local PST*, duty**, brokerage fee based on a UPS or USPS shipment***, and a shipping rate based on UPS or USPS****.
*All goods coming from the U.S. to Canada are subject to both PST and GST when entering Canada, and will be added to the price equation based on the province you live in.
**While some goods cleared into Canada are covered under NAFTA, without a NAFTA certificate, ALL paintball goods coming into Canada are subject to a minimum 7% duty. This applies to both courier, and postal shipments. Goods not made in a NAFTA country will be subject to whatever the duty is for that corresponding country, ranging from 7%-65%.
***UPS' brokerage fee schedule will be taken
into account when comparing a price for UPS shipments, and a $5.00 flat
handling fee will be taken into account for USPS shipments. UPS rates
can be found here.
****UPS or USPS rates for shipment from the location the product is coming from to your location will be determined and compared against our shipping rates based on the applicable shipping schedules with those companies in question. Insurance will also be included in the equation.
9. Price matches againsts orders in play will be acrued against our
15% processing fee policy. This rule is in place to price protect against
our competitors attempting to tamper with prices after the fact, and
protects against perpetual price fixing.
10. Distributors who have restricted commerce with Canada will be excluded
from the list. So far this includes every KEE distributes and Dye Precision.
11. Once all the above criterien are met and the price is indeed lower
than ours, you will be credited the applicable amount towards your next
purchase from CanadianPaintball.com.
